Photoshop?! Help!

Dear Fashion Diary,

So I'm not really pleased with my editing of any of these photos. We have photoshop on our home computer, but I've always considered learning it to be too daunting.
I mean where do I start?? I approached it for
the first time today and it completely overwhelmed me. Does anyone have tips
or advice on how to get started on Photoshop?!
I feel like, to be a successful photographer these days, one has to perfect their Photoshop skills as well their photography skills.
I would love to bring my blog up to a more professional level! Helpful tips are appreciated! :)

And on a happy side note, I won the Spanish Steps dress from Shabby Apple thanks to
a giveaway on Pop Culture and Fashion Magic! Thanks, Sara!!

I also don't have much experience with Photoshop, but I know that Digital Photography School has some great articles about using it http://www.digital-photography-school.com/ (and of course tons of other photography tips). Maybe that will help?

I have absolutely no experience with photoshop, but I wish I did. It seems so complicated... I think there are a few YouTube tutorials on basic techniques though. Worth searching for maybe!

Cute flats. I'm like you. I would like my blog to look better along with my boring in the house photos. My only tip for you is using the actions by rita at coffeeshop and spending countless hours researching blog design. I don't have time for that.

I use photoshop for color correcting and color balance. Which, you can find under Image from the top bar. (If you're using Mac - Color balance: Command+M, Color Correcting: Command+U) and then, start editing. xoxo
